Vishnyovka (cherry brandy)

cherries;
vodka (preferably Siberian vodka);
sugar to taste

Shatter the cherries with kernels and put it into big bottle (or glass jar). Pour vodka into the bottle. Filter the mixture. Remove broken cherries from the bottle. Put new cherries into the bottle (full bottle) and pour the filtered mixture. Cover the bottle and wait until ready (check for readiness by you own taste and thickness of Vishnyovka). Add sugar if you wish.
