Chicken on jar

1 large chicken (cleaned);
3 cloves of garlic (crushed);
2 Tbsp mayonnaise;
spices (black pepper, etc.) and salt to taste;
1 cup water

Smear the chicken with salt, garlic, spices and mayonnaise. Pickle for 10-12 hours (in cold place, refrigerator). Pour water into a glass jar or bottle (2/3 of depth). "Seat" the chicken onto a glass jar. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200C). Place the jar with chicken in the baking dish and put it into the oven.
Pour the meat-broth (or cream) over the chicken periodically. Bake for 1 hour or until chicken is ready.
