Easter (pascha)
2.2lb (1 kg) curds (pot cheese) (creamed); Put curds, cream, butter into pot then mix well. Heat the mixture until boiled. Place the mixture on ice and mix until the mixture has cooled. Add sugar, vanilla, almonds, raisin then mix well. Put the mixture (muffled with cloth) into special form for pascha (see photo below) and place into refrigerator (turn over the form and put it into bowl). Put heavy load above (so as a whey outflow) for 1 day.
